Coolapartmentsvalencia is a small family flat rental business. If you are looking for a long or mid-term stay in well designed, cozy apartments with all the amenities, in a quiet environment, and with full support and help on hand, you are in the right place! If you need an apartment for study or work in Valencia or if you are simply interested in living in the city centre, we will be delighted to welcome you.

Coolapartmentsvalencia offers you 13 apartments for rent right in the heart of Valencia, carefully renovated by reputable interior designers. We have 10 flats in the Ciutat Vella neighborhood, just five minutes from the Central Market, and 2 flats in La Roqueta, just beside Plaza de España and a few minutes away from the main train station. Our flats have excellent public transport connections to the City of Arts and Sciences, the Biopark, all the Universities (Universidad de Valencia, Universidad Católica, Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, UCH-CEU, Berkley School of Arts) and the Valencian metropolitan area.

CoolApartmentsValencia has 9 flats for rent, plus a loft and a commercial unit at calle Carniceros 18, right in the middle of the historic centre of Valencia, just beside the Torres de Quart, 5 minutes from the Central Market, la Lonja de la Seda (both in the list of Unesco’s World Heritage buildings), the neighborhood of Carmen and plaza del Ayuntamiento.

Our building was fully renovated in 2017, retaining the whole external facade, the patio, and some of its original walls. It features an elevator and a furnished communal solarium-terrace with a shower. And we have a bike parking space inside the building, too!
